Human Resources Administrative Assistant- Training

Hourly Rate: $14.50

People Incorporated is looking for a dynamic individual to join our HR team as an Administrative Assistant. Our Administrative Assistant will assist with general clerical and office functions to support the Human Resources team with regard to the training and compliance function.


Performs clerical functions in support of Human Resources Department including but not limited to training and compliance.

Assists with the coordination of scheduling trainings.

Assists with onboarding and orientation.

Responds to internal/external department inquiries.

Makes copies, scan mail/e-mail and file records as needed.

Tracks information for the Human Resources Department.

Assists with projects as necessary.

Maintains and updates Human Resources data in multiple platforms.

Creates reports as necessary.

Provides excellent customer service to employees and external stakeholders.

Answers and redirects phone calls to the appropriate member of the Human Resources team.

Attends meetings as required.

Assists in the organization and maintenance of the Human Resources equipment/supplies.

Collaborates in improving HR functions and processes.

Maintains confidential personnel files in accordance to Federal and State Law.

Access and read Agency email account and Intranet at least weekly.


High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Skill in organization, prioritization, and working independently.

Ability to communicate and work with others cooperatively.

Ability to multi-task.

Skill in administrative/office functions including but not limited to typing, and computer operations.
