Responsible for providing administrative and data support for the Human Resources Department. Will be the primary contact for greeting all customers coming to Human Resources.
Will completes a variety of HR administrative duties, including but not limited to: preparing agency audits, creating and maintain organizational charts, updating job descriptions, coding and tracking invoices, administering the employee referral program, creating new hire login sheets, preparing employee ID badges, completing all employment verification, coordinate semi-annual TB clinics and a variety of other HR administrative duties. This is not a remote position.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Two years' administrative assistance experience, preferably in Human Resources, is required.
Must be outgoing and self-motivated, with exceptional customer service skills. Must have strong time management and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, deadline driven, and can multi-task in a fast-paced office environment. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors and the public.
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to easily learn new software applications. Effectively work in a team environment. Must possess a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.
This job is classified as a "safety-sensitive" position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. Due to the "safety-sensitive" classification, an employee in this position would be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing.
Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening. Possession of a medical marijuana license will not excuse you from the testing process or the consequences of testing positive for marijuana per the Family & Children's Services Drug Free Workplace Policy, including possible revocation of a job offer or dismissal from employment.
