Your Key Responsibilities
Be the point person for full-cycle recruitment needs of hourly and student employees
Take the lead on Schaeffler Canada's employee wellness initiatives
Together with production leadership, develop and implement on-the-job technical training documentation and reporting matrices
Partner with the larger Schaeffler Academy team on eLearning development initiatives and Learning Management System (LMS) administration and reporting
Be the key contact for the 2023 Digital employee file project
Ensure data accuracy of all personnel files within SAP/SuccessFactors
Take the lead in redeveloping and maintaining employee communications platforms (in-person & digital)
Your Qualifications
Currently enrolled or recent graduate of post secondary education in Human Resources
Holder of or actively pursuing a CHRP designation
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in fast - paced environment is essential
Strong working knowledge and experience with MS Office (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required
SAP/SuccessFactors experience is a plus
Must possess excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Own transportation is preferred

Working between both locations within Stratford, ON
This position is a 4 to 12-month internship (starting May 2023)
Starting rate $22.50/hr
Within commuting distance from KW and/or London area (working on-site is a must for this role)
