The Human Resource Specialist will provide HR solutions support focusing on recruitment.
Administer the facilitation of the recruiting process.
Participate in various recruitment events, schedule, organize and attend job fairs.
Coordinate recruitment advertising.
Post open positions.
Interviewing and assessing candidates' qualifications.
Facilitate the onboarding of new hires including conducting orientations.
Management of employee personnel records.
Work with managers to create job descriptions.
Gather and analyze data using HR metrics.
Provide support to the human resource department.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High School or GED.
Experience in HR administration with focus on recruitment.
Must model the highest degree of moral and ethical behavior.
Must maintain confidential information.
Experience working successfully in a fast paced environment.
Experience supporting change management efforts.
Proactive and takes ownership for producing positive results.
Contributes as a valued team member and colleague with leaders at all levels.
Demonstrates personal awareness and desire for continual learning and personal development;

Related experience in a HR Generalist/Business Partner Role.
