Since April of 2015 we have been developing the technology as well as partnerships and are now preparing to launch the US office, located in Austin.
There will be two positions filled within the next year but both require prior HR sales experience and a depth of understanding about how to best improve the industry as a whole. It's also essential that you are prepared to take a leadership role, with a great deal of responsibility and the flexibility to thrive within a startup environment.
We have a great, international team and are ready to add a great person. You will have the opportunity to help shape the company and your future. Since inception we have opted to start work a bit later than most companies because we want everyone to have time to go to the gym, drop the kids off at school, etc. We are also flexible about work hours and vacation, so long as deadlines and projections are met. In general terms, salaries might be a bit tight for the first few months but you will be well compensated by October of this year.
