Position: Human Resource Program Manager

Knowesis, a dynamic and forward-thinking company, is currently seeking an exceptional Human Resource Program Manager to join our team and provide invaluable support to the Assistant Secretary Preparedness and Response (ASPR).
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have a Secret clearance and possess U.S. Citizenship without the need for sponsorship, both now and in the future. Applicants without proof of U.S. Citizenship will not be considered due to the position's security clearance requirements.
The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Provide daily management and oversight over all contractor personnel from their organization performing under this contract in support to ASPR Program Offices (APOs)
Works directly with all TO-CORs and Technical Monitors (TMs) as required.
Administer and supervise the furnished services for qualified/professional staffing support personnel.
Manage a large team of professionals in providing a wide range of services and managing assigned projects within scope and budget with little or no corporate guidance.
Responsible for all aspects of program performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial, etc.).
Organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates, oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks, establishes and maintains technical and management reports, oversees quality control, develops and modifies project plans, and documents and resolves problems.
Provides leadership to the task order team, ensures conformance to performance requirements, and assists in the overall direction to all project level activities and personnel.
Responsible for the daily supervision of each individual employed by the contractor on their respective task order(s).
Required Qualifications:
Five (5) years of experience as a HR program manager.
SHRM-CP or PHR required.
Health & Human Services (HHS) and ASPR experience required.
