Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Coral Springs, FL Office

Job Summary:

Enhance Health is currently seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at our Coral Springs, FL office. Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, this role will oversee all aspects of HR operations, offering a prime opportunity for an experienced HR professional to influence our processes, policies, systems, and organizational culture. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the HR department, including recruitment, payroll administration, benefits management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Management Team to develop and implement company policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Partner with senior leadership to execute the organization's human resources and talent strategy, focusing on areas such as recruitment, retention, succession planning, and talent development.

  • Provide guidance and support to HR Generalists and management on complex HR issues, including investigations, accommodations, and disciplinary actions.

  • Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits trends, proposing competitive pay programs to attract and retain top talent.

  • Cultivate a safe and inclusive workplace environment, promoting diversity and equity initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, regularly reviewing and updating policies as necessary.

  • Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing workload efficiently.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite.

Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems, or ability to quickly learn.

Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Professional integrity and confidentiality.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Five or more years of experience in human resources management.

HR credentials or certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.

Experience in call center HR is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of desk work and computer usage.

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
