The right candidate will be responsible for managing the human resource functions for this fast growing company. As the Human Resource Generalist you will provide human resource guidance in staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration. Handle various policies and procedures, staff development and poses leadership abilities. Support various Health & Safety issues. Responsibilities:
- Identify the best job applicants, post job positions, organize engaging job fairs, and conduct interviews with potential hires.
- Ensure onboarding/ orientations and off-boarding/ exit interviews are completed.
- Collaborate with various department hiring managers to develop improved talent acquisition strategies.
- Develop and Counsel employees and Managers on various issues.
- Manage the administration of Benefits, Performance Management & Employee Relations
- Implement and manage the development of site-wide health & safety programs.
- Prepare and write presentations for human resource policies and practices.
- Ensure employees are receiving succession planning and develop plans with Managers.
- 2 + years human resource generalist experience.
- Functional experience in recruiting, compensation, benefits and HRIS.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory issues.
- Capability to maintain strong partner relationships with internal customers.
- Experience with a consumer product good company preferred.
- PHR/SPHR certifications preferred but not required.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
