We want you to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist!
Wage: $60,000 annually commensurate with experience
How you will help us make a difference?
Help manage our retention efforts to help keep our teams staffed with passionate employees.
Manage and direct our new hire orientation.
Apply direct, hands-on experience to a variety of HR-related areas including, but not limited to, employee relations, performance management, employee development, and training.
Develop and maintain relationships with staff and managers to help coach and support them through the challenges they may be facing
Assist in managing employee benefit programs health, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, life insurance, etc
What youd bring to Opportunity Partners?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with 2-3 years of generalist experience
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (you may need to visit our locations depending on the support needed all our locations are in the twin cities).
