We want you to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist!

Wage: $60,000 annually commensurate with experience

How you will help us make a difference?

• Help manage our retention efforts to help keep our teams staffed with passionate employees.

• Manage and direct our new hire orientation.

• Apply direct, hands-on experience to a variety of HR-related areas including, but not limited to, employee relations, performance management, employee development, and training.

• Develop and maintain relationships with staff and managers to help coach and support them through the challenges they may be facing

• Assist in managing employee benefit programs health, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, life insurance, etc

What youd bring to Opportunity Partners?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with 2-3 years of generalist experience

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (you may need to visit our locations depending on the support needed all our locations are in the twin cities).

• Presentation and facilitation skills

• MS Office software proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)

• HRIS System management skills (query & report writing skills preferably)

• Excellent organizational skills and high level of judgment planning, prioritizing and organizing work

• Ability to handle detailed, multiple and complex assignments
