Provide HR support for the Integrated Supply Chain, Manufacturing Logistics for our Global Fire business within HBT, while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services. You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups

Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent

Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization

Some travel required. 20% minimum

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Employee Relations, or similar field
  • 3 or more years HR experience within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Logistics environment

This position will support all phases of design, including schematic capture, layout, routing, symbol and footprint creation, generation of Gerber/OBD++ files, assembly drawings and other required PCB fabrication drawings and files. The PCB Designer/Layout Engineer will work directly with the design, mechanical, manufacturing, and test engineers for part placement, assemble and test requirements, and providing cost estimates while working to assigned schedules. A successful candidate will be a resourceful problem solver who is able to work around technical obstacles and work independently with little direct supervision. Responsibilities * This role requires working within a multi-disciplinary team of engineers to design high quality, high speed, low noise analogue and RF printed circuit boards in accordance with electrical, mechanical, and company specific requirements and processes. * This role will also be to develop schematics and then produce PCB layouts and manufacturing/assembly data packages for a variety of products. * Design single sided, double sided, and Flex multi-layered PCB's using industry standard techniques (IPC), ensuring consideration for DFM/DFT. * Must be capable of completing PCB designs in accordance with agreed project time, cost, quality and performance requirements. * ECAD library administration including symbol, footprint generation and database administration. * Determination of layer stackup, perform component package selection, component placement, routing feasibility studies, and signal routing of digital, analog, RF and power conversion. * Creation and release of documentation for fabrication of PCBs. * Collaborate with internal teams and PCB vendors to continually improve design rules, constraints and Design for Test and Manufacture guidelines. * Ensures compliance to all applicable agency legislation where it may apply to product introduction. 25 Propose Technical Improvements 25 Communicate Non-Compliance 25 Consult with Vendors and Suppliers 25 Present to Leadership YOU MUST HAVE * High School Diploma with 10 years of industry experience in lieu of Bachelors. WE VALUE * Bachelor of Science degree preferred. * Experience with ERP systems, BOM structures. * Experience in RF circuit layout and laminates. * PCB design experience in electronic packaging/printed circuit board layout for Industrial/Commercial applications (PCB fabrication process and PCB material selection/ Currents of up to 30A for PCB design). * Experience designing multilayer stackups (up to 14 layers). * Experience with high speed signals and clocks (up to 5GHz and beyond), high speed layout techniques for differential pair and serial communications, layout of high speed buses, FPGA, DRAM and CPU designs, power supplies, DC-DC converters, transmission lines, and power traces. * Demonstrated use of electrical engineering concepts as applied to PCB/CCA design, Signal Integrity (SI), and Power Integrity (PI). * Experience in routing per embedded CES/DRC rules. * Experience with ECAD libraries and library configuration management. * Experience using IPC specifications and recommendations in a production environment. * Experienced with xPedition (Mentor Graphic) and Auto router, multi-layer routing methods, fabrication drawings and controlled engineering release process preferred. * Experience with breakout and layout of high-density BGA/LGA packages. * Experience with other programs such as PADS or Cadence Allegro is desired. * Experience working with PCB suppliers for DFM and design release is desired. * Experience with AutoCAD, Adobe, Gerber packages (manipulation), and Microsoft suite is desired. * IPC CID Certification is desired. * Experience with Highly sensitive circuits (>100dB isolation), Place high density and high quantity (up to 6000+) of components, Design Power / Ground planes. * Experience with field solver software package InStack or Polar desired. * Experience with simulation tool Hyperlynx desired. * Demonstrated understanding of Design for Manufacturability, Assembly, and Test * Ability to visualize component placement and interconnectivity. * Experience with scripting and automation.
