Job Description

• Recruiting, engage and retain applicable talent

• Help build role descriptions, goals and performance metrics

• Process payrolls & benefits

• Address employee questions with benefits

• Manage local employee relations

• Operationally support facility as needed

• Work closely with the CPO, Production Director and the team to create a top place to work

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer manufacturing

• Proven experience with recruiting and writing job descriptions

• Knowledge and experience running basic payroll and tracking hourly employees

• Benefits administration

• Experience with employee processes, procedures, and recommendations

• Knowing what makes it work!

• HRIS system experience a must!

Education

• Bachelor's degree
• HR certifications a plus
