Major mining company seeks a motivated individual to work as a Human Resource Coordinator.
The position assists in the administration of all human resource policies, procedures, and programs. The coordinator will assist with the administration of attendance policy, salary and benefit administration, employee relations, participate in new employee orientation, benefits enrollments, recruiting, clearance reviews, pre-employment physical scheduling and testing, maintenance of personnel files, and assist on special projects as required. Must be knowledgeable and proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, and Kronos. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field must have basic knowledge of Human Resources, and have strong written and verbal communication.
