Vein Clinics of America is an organization that is the number one player in the vein diagnostics and treatment industry growing at 15% to 20% each year. As the organization continues on a growth ramp focused on operational excellence and patient-centricity.

VCA has an immediate need for a temporary full time HR Coordinator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition / Recruitment team. This position will assist in duties such as the following:

  • Employee file oversite, audit and clean up

  • Data Entry

  • Conducting reference and background checks as need

  • Prepare and process new hire paperwork; file creation and maintenance

  • Onboarding and new employee orientation.

The HR Coordinator position will partner closely with the recruiters and other team members in Human Resources to follow and recommend improvements in HR processes.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 1+ years in adminstrative support role. Human resources or talent acquisition / recruitment is preferred

  • Self-directed, action-oriented, problem-solver

  • Excellent organization, time management and project management skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Exhibit the ability to organize thoughts, communicate professionally and concisely

  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proven success in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, results-driven organization

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and general HR principles

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare industry experience preferred

  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems preferred

Description: Within the Facilities Mobilization Resource Program, the Project Resource Coordinator role is responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of designated Start-ups to ensure that project goals or objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. He or she plays a key role in implementing organization-driven processes, programs and change initiatives to drive operational excellence that align with the company's annual operating plan (AOP) specifically in mobilizing new business start-ups and in support of the mobilization framework and priorities. Overview and Qualifications: * Support project sponsors (enterprise, line of business or regional leadership) across a range of business functions to include but not limited to Operations, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources and Marketing/Communication in a start-up effort. * Lead all aspects of start-up * Technically skilled in Facilities operations to include environmental services, facilities management and plant operations management * Operations experience in managed services environment * Proven track record of setting up and running operations that meet financial targets, quality and performance metrics * Extensive experience with new account start-ups and program implementation * Identify and communicate barriers to success, develop and implement appropriate solutions * Broad experience meeting regulatory requirements * Natural passion to coach and train teams REPORTING STRUCTURE The Project Resource Coordinator reports directly to the designated Manager (will vary based on start-up) with direct reporting relationship to the Partnership Opening Plan Manager.
