HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER sought by Major Company for its Phoenix, AZ Operation. Seeking an HRBP experienced at bringing an Operation’s HR function up to a higher level of HR Professionalism and overall Performance. Must be located at the Company’s Phoenix Facility.

Not a Hybrid situation. Company in an overall dynamic growth mode. Job Functions include:

Built a “confident” Relationship with the Facility Manager and the Director HR. Responsible for providing HR Coverage for multiple Operations of 150 employees. Focus on bringing about a total Work Culture Change that fits the Companies growth trends.

Coach/Counsel Managers/ Supervisors on appropriate HR Practices and Polices. Develop/ implement effective Recruiting processes for Hourly and Salaried employees. Guide Management in Performance Develop for all employees.

Incudes Performance Reviews, Investigations and Resolutions of employee Complaints and Grievances. Ensure Employee Disciplinary actions are appropriate. Engage all employees . Develop a Team Atmosphere.

Travel to outlying Company Operations providing HR coverage as appropriate.JOB QUALIFICATIONS: BS Human Resources Degree . Masters a plus. Desire Bilingual language skills –Spanish and English.

Minimum 7 years HR experience in a Manufacturing or Construction environment. Seeking minimum of 3 years HRBP experience. Able to Travel 20% . Must possess solid Oral & Written Communications skills. Demonstrated Interpersonal and Leadership skills.
