Starting Pay: $19.64

All evening and night shifts include shift differentials.

The base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Shift differentials have been included in the range. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity and contracts.

Top Five Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, job transfers and general inquiries.

• Monitor and update all employee records to ensure compliance with staff licensures, regulatory agencies and tracking job specific competencies.

• Receive and respond to employee, customer and management inquiries that involve the status of job applications, status and assist with onboarding processes.

• Update and maintain the HR employee database and provide administrative and clerical support to the HR division

• Compliance with regulatory reporting requirements that include monitoring reports and survey preparation.

• Contribute in the implementation of company policies and programs.

Associates degree, PHR, and/or SHRM certification preferred. 3-5 of Human Resources experience preferred. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with confidential matters. A high level of integrity with a strong depth of knowledge is required.
