The HR Assistant II shall assist with the large volume of visitors to department. This individual shall process requests for employment/wage information from external sources. The Assistant will answer employee questions related to policies, procedures, and benefits while providing general clerical support for the HR department. This position may have additional duties assigned as needed.
High school grad or equivalent required.
Two years or greater clerical experience preferred.
Spelling and Grammar
Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, preferred)
Telephone skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
