The KeyW Human Resource Team is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is interested in an entry level position learning HR fundamentals. Desired candidate will be outgoing, dedicated, inquisitive, and excited about the Human Resources Discipline. Candidate must be detail-oriented, very comfortable with technology and interested in being a high-performing member of the HR team.

Performs a wide range of duties relative to the maintenance and processing of electronic personnel records and reports.Processes employee change requests using ADP.Enter and track leave of absences.Interacts with and supplies information to employees, managers, front line supervisors, and background investigators.Provides operational support to other human resource staff.Process and tracks requirements for SCA contract employee.Responds to routine inquires.Maintains personnel records in accordance with current laws and regulations.Assisting with special projects within the department.Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.

Required Education and Experience
4 years of administrative support experience
Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, WordKnowledge of the Internet and different web browsers, Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook)Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree, plus 2 years of experience in administrative support position, preferably in a HR setting.Advanced course work in human resources is preferred.Experience with ADP and other HRIS' is a plus.
