Do you enjoy working with people and have excellent problem solving skills? The Public Safety Human Resource Delivery Center is looking to fill our Human Resource Analyst 3 position within our Employee Relations Division.
As a Human Resource Analyst for the Public Safety Human Resource Delivery Center, you will serve as a labor relations specialist in the Employee Relations Division. You will be responsible for providing technical and analytical guidance to the Department of Corrections and the PA Parole Board on the provisions of different labor contracts, employee performance, disciplinary action, and grievance procedures.
You will be processing grievances, conducting meetings and discussions, identifying and analyzing labor issues, and preparing and advocating cases through various grievance and appeal processes. You will be advising and assisting managers and supervisors in the proper conduct of investigations and fact findings, reviewing completed investigations, and making recommendations regarding the investigations.
You will also have duties involving training, labor management, unfair labor practice charges, work performance, contract negotiations, and collective bargaining.

You will have the opportunity to work from home (telework) up to 3 days a week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Mechanicsburg.
