The duties include but are not limited to receiving inquiries and providing information for referrals and services. Assess for needs and level of risk; gather information regarding referrals and appropriate services.

Provide crisis assessment and intervention as necessary. Work closely with other team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services, including facilitating walk-in integrated assessments with clinicians. Will be expected to work with telehealth clinicians as well as provide phone triage and serve as a community liaison regarding mental health issues.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: social work, counseling, or psychology and two years of professional therapeutic counseling experience; or a master's degree in one of the listed fields. Applicants must also be licensed in ND as a LCSW, LMSW, LBSW, LPCC, LPC, or LAPC.

The ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule is required as shifts may include evening and weekend hours. Two years of college coursework may substitute for the work experience requirement. A valid driver's license and clean driving record in order to operate a state fleet vehicle to transport clients to and from jobs is required.
