Develop the change strategy for the site in prioritised areas such as Data Integrity and deviation management utilising human factors, quality systems standards and change management.
Set direction and support deployment for the agreed strategy that enables improved resilience of the site to manage change, mitigate risks and achieve performance KPIs. Plans and resourcing linked into PMO, measured (lead and lag) using GPS mechanism.
Act as internal consultant, developing short- and long-term strategies for the organization using GPS and Human Performance principles to facilitate progress and improve workflow inefficiencies for key quality systems.
Coordinate and lead key projects for human performance improvement across all levels of the organization.
Continuously monitor progress in order to check if changes yield desirable results through appropriate governance structure (i.e. Quality Council).
Serve as coaches who coordinate workshops and team trainings, openly sharing their guidance and technical expertise and ensuring that learning resources are widely available. Develop a site model to reduce the opportunities for human error and consequent deviations. Develop behavioural Gemba and integrate into leadership standard work to provide insight into potential human error traps and opportunities to create conditions for success.
Develop training & education material for human performance and implement in partnership with Learning Manager and GL&D.
Deliver Human factor and Deviation / RCA training to develop sustainable site practitioners. Support communications delivery and review feedback for improvement opportunities including meaningful KPIs.
Provide expert facilitation , coaching and mentoring on human factors elements for significant issues, deviations as directed by SLT.
Demonstrated accomplishments in change management: assessing, diagnosing and leading performance improvement
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
5 years or more experience in pharmaceutical or equivalent industry
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar industry

Required to understand and diagnose problems with use of process in multiple areas of the site and gathering information from multiple people. Problem solving and resulting improvement may be undertaken over multiple weeks.
