Overview
You will join the Human Factors & Experience Design (HFXD) team and help shape OTTAVA, Johnson & Johnson's new surgical robotic system.
As a Human Factors Engineer, you will contribute to Human Factors workstreams that are essential to the success of Ottava. You will contribute to usability activities with mentorship from lead Human Factors Engineers. You will work in close partnership with your colleagues to meet program objectives, using your disciplinary knowledge and passion for safety and usability to inform key design decisions!

Responsibilities:
Support human factors work, using best-in-class methodologies to inform rigorous decision-making
Support product submission deliverables
Act as a contributor on human factors methodologies
Apply knowledge of FDA, ISO, AAMI and other relevant regulations and standards
