The Department is seeking a human resource professional with exceptional customer focus, excellent communication and people skills and a team-driven, results oriented approach.
This position will support programs (e.g., On/Off-boarding & Wellness) & people (i.e., HR's 6 team members and ODI's approximate 250 employees).

Your Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Organizes & oversees ODI's On/Off-boarding program (e.g., manages calendar of events and assures participants are notified/engaged, maintains records, etc.).
Coordinates the ODI Wellness program (e.g., assigned as the agency Wellness Ambassador to coordinate annual on-site events, recommends Wellness activities/topics).
Assists HR staff with Personnel, Position Descriptions, Assessments, Training Activities, &/or Succession Planning, as needed.
Serves on committees and participates on special projects.
Unless required by legislation or union contract, the final candidate can expect to be paid at the lowest step in the pay range (step 1). As a Human Capital Management Sr. Analyst, you will receive a raise after six (6) months and yearly step increases until you reach the top level of the pay range. There may also be possible cost of living adjustments (COLA) and longevity supplements begin after five (5) years of state service.
3 years experience in human resources.
Or completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration; 12 mos. exp. in human resources.
Or 1 year experience as Human Capital Management Analyst, 64612.
Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
