We are accepting applications for a Intermittent Human Capital Management Analyst within the Division of Human Resources, headquartered at ODNR Central Office located in Franklin county. What you will do…

  • Utilize the Ohio Hiring Management System to coordinate the selection process by creating job postings, screening applications, scheduling and facilitating interviews, closing out positions and notifying applicants

  • Create and update position descriptions

  • Assist managers in developing prescreening criteria and structured interviews

  • Coordinate employee onboarding

Duration…

  • April 2024 - December 2024

Work Hours…

  • Variable, up to 20-30 Hours/Week, Monday - Friday

Please Note…

This is a maximum duration, 1000 hour intermittent (unclassified) position for the Division of Human Resources. The location for this position is:

  • Franklin County

2 yrs. exp. in human resources.

  • Or completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration.

  • Or 1 yr. exp. as Human Capital Management Associate, 64611.

  • Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
