Human Capital Data Analyst, Mid
Leverage knowledge of human capital strategy and analytics techniques to evaluate all aspects of talent-related programs and processes across the employee life cycle. Assess trends and gaps and produce analyses, visualizations, and reports aimed at driving organizational decision making, influencing organizational change and improving productivity. Consult with and propose solutions to various business leaders and COEs regarding their analytics needs. Lead the design and development of Tableau data visualizations using established knowledge, best practices, and standards. Collaborate with others and establish working relationships. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing at different levels across a highly-matrixed organization. Think and act strategically and influence key leaders.
3+ years of experience with supporting various human capital functions, including workforce planning and analytics, recruiting, employee engagement and retention, and performance management
3+ years of experience in working with HR data systems and technologies, including Workday
3+ years of experience with hands-on development of Tableau dashboards and standard reports
Experience with project management, including stakeholder communication
Experience with data visualization and presentation, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau
Ability to consult with internal clients to translate business needs into practical applications and solutions
Ability to apply excellent customer focus and management of client expectations
Ability to deliver results expeditiously, in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to manage competing priorities
BA or BS degree
Experience with statistical methods and software, including SPSS
Experience with hypothesis-driven research in social sciences, business, or another applied field
Experience with programming R or Python
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
