Human Capital Data Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Leverage knowledge of human capital strategy and analytics techniques to evaluate all aspects of talent-related programs and processes across the employee life cycle. Assess trends and gaps and produce analyses, visualizations, and reports aimed at driving organizational decision making, influencing organizational change and improving productivity. Consult with and propose solutions to various business leaders and COEs regarding their analytics needs. Lead the design and development of Tableau data visualizations using established knowledge, best practices, and standards. Collaborate with others and establish working relationships. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing at different levels across a highly-matrixed organization. Think and act strategically and influence key leaders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with supporting various human capital functions, including workforce planning and analytics, recruiting, employee engagement and retention, and performance management

  • 3+ years of experience in working with HR data systems and technologies, including Workday

  • 3+ years of experience with hands-on development of Tableau dashboards and standard reports

  • Experience with project management, including stakeholder communication

  • Experience with data visualization and presentation, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau

  • Ability to consult with internal clients to translate business needs into practical applications and solutions

  • Ability to apply excellent customer focus and management of client expectations

  • Ability to deliver results expeditiously, in a rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to manage competing priorities

  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with statistical methods and software, including SPSS

  • Experience with hypothesis-driven research in social sciences, business, or another applied field

  • Experience with programming R or Python

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Please refer to that announcement for details on open period, eligibility, and how to apply. 0"> As a Management Analyst (Human Capital) Strategic Human Capital Planner, you will: * Guide and manage the continuous development and publication of the BEPs Strategic Human Capital implementation plans as part of OHRs strategic initiatives. This includes coordination in the areas of manpower, personnel, training and functional proponents, advising senior management, structuring and producing the annual reports. * Develop proposals for technological improvements and new technologies in facilitating the Strategic Human Capital Plan. * Alignment planning, programming, review, analysis and scheduling with budget cycle. With general guidance from the OHR Chief, OHR Deputy Chief and through knowledge of BEP, the incumbent prepares and recommends internal policy. * Supply guidance to BEP Directorates for conduct of program reviews, and is responsible for coordinating annual BEP program review, advising the OHR Chief and OHR Deputy Chief on indicated changes to BEPs Human Capital Plan strategy.
