Job Summary:

Clear Spring Health has an exciting opportunity for a HubSpot Data and Implementation Specialist.

The HubSpot Data and Implementation Specialist will develop and implement data management strategies and best practices, drive and implement system integrations within Hubspot, plan and lead and build out multiple workflows and assets, develop complex reports and dashboards, and lead all data maintenance and cleansing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage workflows, automations, and email development.

• Implement data hygiene best practices for data management ensuring data integrity.

• Manage HubSpot integrations, roles, internal lists, system access, data imports/exports, and other tasks in HubSpot.

• Manage list segmentation, ensure quality assurance, and clean lists regularly.

• Define business requirements and architect complex solutions leveraging Hubspot.

• Create and distribute reports on all workflows.

• Implements marketing automation best practices.

Requirements:

• Must have HubSpot certifications.

• Strong understanding of data and marketing automation strategies as well as best practices for both B2B and B2C.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful automated marketing campaigns.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
