Spring EQ is seeking a HubSpot Administrator/Analyst to join our growing organization in Conshohocken, PA. This position will require you to be in our office 3 days a week in Conshohocken, PA.

The HubSpot Administrator/Analyst will play a key role in Engagement with internal and external stakeholders to understand their business objectives, processes, and challenges. They will conduct thorough analysis to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for projects - these projects will be primarily HubSpot centric, but there may be some exceptions. A strong candidate will have a proven track record of success in a growing, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Communicate with Stakeholders:

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their business objectives, processes, and challenges.

• Facilitate effective communication between business units, project teams, and other relevant stakeholders as prioritized my marketing and IT.

Gather Business Requirements:

• Conduct thorough analysis to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for projects - these projects will be primarily HubSpot centric, but there may be some exceptions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Documentation:

• Create clear and concise documentation of business requirements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Develop process flows, use cases, and other relevant documentation to enhance understanding and guide project development.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure a shared understanding of business needs and successful project implementation.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute insights for continuous process improvement.

• Provide recommendations for optimizing business processes and systems based on analysis and feedback.

Learning new Software

• Assess and learn new software platforms added to the Omni Channel suite of products.

Skills:

HubSpot Administration 60%:

• Perform basic HubSpot administration and configuration.

• Proven track record of 2-3 years in administering HubSpot, with a focus on Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub.

• Ability to configure and optimize HubSpot settings to align with business requirements and objectives.

Data Modeling: 5%

• Understanding of entity relationships and data modeling principles.

• Experience in structuring and organizing data within the HubSpot environment for efficient utilization.

JSON and API Knowledge: 5%

• Leverage HubSpot API library to code and unit test HubSpot functionality.Basic understanding of JSON and experience with making API calls.

• Capability to work with integration teams to ensure smooth data flow between HubSpot and other applications.

Project Diagraming Tools: 5%

• Proficiency in using project diagraming tools, such as Miro, to visually represent workflows, processes, and project structures.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams by creating and maintaining clear project documentation.

Project Management: 10%

• Experience managing small to medium software development projects.

• Hands-on experience with project management software, particularly Jira or similar tools.

• Track record of effectively utilizing project management tools to plan, track, and report on project progress.

Testing 15%

• Perform QA system and regression testing prior to HubSpot production releases.

• Work with business to coordinate UAT testing prior to HubSpot production releases.

• Experience performing system and regression testing on end user software platforms.

• Experience document test plans and coordinating User Acceptance Testing plans with the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; HubSpot certifications preferred

• Proven track record of 2-3 years in administering HubSpot, focusing on Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub.

• Ability to configure and optimize HubSpot settings to align with business requirements and objectives.

• 2-3 years of experience in building advanced HubSpot workflows.

• Understanding of entity relationships and data modeling principles.

• Experience in structuring and organizing data within the HubSpot environment for efficient utilization.

• Basic understanding of JSON and experience with making API calls.

• Proficiency in using project diagraming tools, such as Miro, to visually represent workflows, processes, and project structures.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate updates to stake holders.

• Track record of effectively utilizing project management tools to plan, track, and report on project progress.

• Hands-on experience with project management software, particularly Jira or similar tools.

• Ability to learn new software quickly.
