Hr/Payroll Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruiting/staffing process.
• Perform all required pre-employment background checks and license/certification verification.
• Administer new hire orientation.
• Prepare all required documentation necessary to process payroll.
• Maintain personnel files.
• Participate in the Nexion Neighbor Program.
• Compile and maintain report data as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Long term care experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have experience with ADP payroll processing.
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing.
