TFS has an entry level opening that will encompass HR and Marketing Support as well as office administration. This position will interface with guests, executives and employees at all levels of the organization. One day could be assisting with new recruits doing everything from setting interviews to processing offers and coordinating onboarding. Another day might be supporting the sales team with presentations or planning an office event. Some days may be spent assisting other teams and everything in between. The successful candidate gets to demonstrate value to the business every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests to the office

  • Answer and direct calls

  • Learn and execute HR Admin functions such as interview coordination, processing offer letters, reporting and onboarding tasks

  • Assist executives with creation of presentations

  • Assist with documentation and campaigns

  • Assist with meeting and event planning at all levels

  • Act as primary contact for building management

  • Maintain vendor relationships such as recruiters, copiers and other office suppliers

  • Place orders

  • Embraces a customer service mindset

  • Maintain discretion

  • Requires successful candidate to be onsite

  • Learn the business and the role

  • Provide executive assistance when needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Formal Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
