Vivint Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) department has an exciting opportunity for an HRIS Specialist to join the Vivint HRIS Workday Support Team. This team is responsible for managing HR systems and providing end-user customer support. This is an entry-level system admin coordinator role with career path and training opportunities into the HRIS function. It is an exciting role that merges systems and technical work with Human Resources and people management.
The ideal candidate would be a technical minded, process orientated person who has a passion to grow in the HR space. While Workday or HR experience is a plus, opportunities for training are available for the right technical/process orientated systems admin person who has strong data and customer service skills.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide front line end user customer support to employees for HR systems and processes (Workday is the primary HRIS System)
Coordinate work requests for the HR Operations team, tracking of tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
Perform administrative, technical, and configuration tasks in the HR systems.
Design and maintain department SharePoint sites, charts, dashboards, and reports.
Perform system audits, data clean up, corrections, testing, and system QA.
Create job aids, instructions, training materials, documentation, and configuration notes.
Prepare, clean, and format large data sets for system processes, and conduct mass data loads using Workday templates.
Assist the HRIS team with configuration and system administration
Ability to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
Must be able to work on-site in the Vivint Provo Corporate Office Monday
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be savvy with technology and computer applications with expert level Excel data skills, with experience in navigating and organizing large datasets.
Must be able to simplify complex datasets and create charts, graphs, visualizations and produce professional presentations of data and processes.
Must be process orientated, with the ability to logically create step by step instructions of tasks and identify and list tasks in complex projects.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
Demonstrated initiative and aptitude for learning and implementing technical solutions.
