Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Taking ownership of the data entry of all staff transactions in Plante and Moran's HR systems which includes processing, auditing, and entry of staff data while reviewing for accuracy and completeness
Running standard and creating basic to minimally complex ad-hoc reports for internal clients
Maintaining tasks related to new hires and transfers within our onboarding system
Receiving, reviewing, and processing all documentation pertaining to hiring, termination, and staff changes for entry into our HR systems and making recommendations for changes to business processes
Coordinating and assisting with user training of HR Systems
Assisting in system administration for all HR systems (security, reporting, content management, etc.); Providing support for testing enhancements to HR systems, as needed
Providing day-to-day support to the HRIS team, and provides first-line support to end users of HR systems
Assisting with projects primarily related to Human Resource function and our HR systems (Performance, Learning Management, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, and HRIS)
At least 1-3 year(s) of HR related experience/Administrative support
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to manipulate data in Excel including v-lookups and pivot tables
Analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, time management and the ability to problem solve in a logical manner
Excellent customer service and communication skills, including ability to interact and effectively communicate within the organization and with external vendors (both verbal and written)
Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality is a must
Experience working with HR systems is a plus
