Your Role Within our Kingdom

Reporting into the HRIS Manager you will be:

  • Responsible for building, maintaining and supporting the global Absence and Time Tracking plans in Workday.

  • Able to interpret business needs into technical requirements and advise on best practices.

  • Building basic and advanced custom reports and extract data requests for analysis.

  • Managing third party suppliers, monitoring performance.

  • Training system users on functionalities and new features.

  • Acting as first line of contact to troubleshoot various security issues for users.

  • Supporting with security setup and maintenance.

  • Managing support queries from employees and HR via our ticketing system Salesforce.

Skills to Create Thrills

  • Experience working in a live Workday production environment is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of Workday configuration of Core HCM and Absence is key.

  • Knowledge of Swedish and/or Spanish Absence legislation is a plus.

  • Analytically minded with the ability to use data to inform decisions.

  • Comfortable processing large, critical data sets with a high level of accuracy.

  • Project management capability and personal organisation skills, in particular, delivering against projected timelines.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal with ability to translate technical information to simple language and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.

  • Focus on security and confidentiality.

  • Can spot opportunities, curious about data insights and proactively seeking insight and answers.

  • Use critical thinking to create innovative solutions.

  • Tenacious yet collaborative.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, diverse and creative environment.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

You will influence peers and non-team members to meet and exceed customer expectations while promoting Philips Healthcare. Furthermore you will monitor and drive aftermarket activities together with service team and sales to meet SMA/CSA commitments and requirements. You will partner with MA (Monitoring Analytics) Sales, Customer Service and Marketing to determine best practices, pitfalls, process improvements as we well as product enhancements to the MA after sales portfolio. You are responsible for * Act as the primary contact to the customer for Philips SMA/CSA entitlement delivery at assigned account(s) * Act as a liaisons between the Swedish market, Clinical application, Project Management and Customer Service for product quality, features and serviceability. * Coordinate assessment of client's business, clinical and technical needs and strategies as they pertain to our solution offerings and provide recommendations for upgrade uptake based on current and future software releases. * Together with CS Sales and SDM continues develop the CSA/SMA concept together with customer. * Set up and define the appropriate governance models acquired for the different customer. * Coordinate, facilitate, and participate in service, sales, project, and contract meetings, in regards to deliverables. * Engage in cross-functional meetings both internal and external to pro-actively review delivery. * Secure contract obligations are met and updated e.g. make sure customers IB are contentiously reflected and updated in the service contracts so invoicing can be done accordingly. * Drive customer loyalty program such as My Plan and Cx By Design partnership structure. * Proactively update and advice customer in Philips portfolio and life cycle sales. E.g. wifi validation, alarm analyze, technical- and applications remote support 24/7 support etc. * Drive, coordinate and implement minor customer activities such wifi validation, alarm analyze and other portfolio cs sales. * Plan and facilitate works shops toghether with customers * Manage and support all operational aspects of SMA(s) / CSA at assigned accounts. Communicate and coordinate with appropriate internal functions for support. * Understand and ensure SMA /CSA delivery to contract entitlements, obtaining purchase orders as necessary. * Support Value Added Services engagement and participation for assigned account(s) as it relates to upgrades. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience * Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree in related field, preferred * 3-5 years related work experience in healthcare industry or customer service preferred * Demonstrated experience in successful relationship management with individuals of various backgrounds and organizational levels * Effective customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to create and maintain project management documentation (MS Project or equivalent) * Flexible work style and ability to adapt to customer requirements * Working knowledge of the Hospital environment and workflows a will be considered as a plus In return, we offer you To join a change that happend In recent years for patient monitoring solutions that has developed into region wide solutions.
