Job Title: HRIS Product Owner
Overview: Motion Industries is seeking a dynamic and experienced HRIS Product Owner to join our team. As the HRIS Product Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our HR information systems and software. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that our HRIS meets the needs of the organization and supports our HR functions effectively.
You must be eligible to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for HRIS-related matters, particularly Workday, Varicent, MS Power Platform, etc.
Collaborate with HR leaders and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system enhancements and improvements.
Manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the HRIS to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
Lead projects related to HRIS implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proper utilization of HRIS functionalities.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS administration, with a strong understanding of HR functions and processes.
Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS platforms is required.
Experience with compensation functions, including commissions and variable pay, is essential.
Familiarity with sales compensation plans is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Comfortable working in an agile environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience and knowledge of relational database and SQL is a plus
