HRIS Manager
SPHS-Human Resources
The HRIS Manager will:
Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the HRIS and HR4U Service Center areas. This includes planning, organizing, developing and implementing policies and procedures within the HRIS as well as the customer service function of the HR department.
Plan, direct, and coordinate HRIS activities, including performing system maintenance, ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, writing reports and documenting processes.
Works with Centers of Excellence to identify system needs and provide system training. Acts as a liaison with IT by partnering to address the needs and managing service request.
Build/manage day-to-day HR operations/transactional support and ensure the support is delivered with high quality and efficiency across multiple disciplines.
Maintain and analyze HR data, provide in-depth insights/reports on employee trend/issues to support critical HR actions.
Acts as Project Lead/Manager for assigned HR projects related to process improvements, implementations, re-designs and deployments. Review requirements and scope documents and identify risks.
Continuously drive improvements and ensure high standards of data accuracy and compliance can be achieved.
Partner with COEs, HRBPs and other stakeholders to understand service delivery expectations and ensure services meet or exceed expectations.
Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to eliminate bottlenecks, assess performance and plan resource allocation to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to service level agreements.
Work with COEs to understand new and changed programs, ensure end-to-end processes are documented and that knowledge is transferred to the HR4U team.
Collaborates with HR management team in determining the department's operating and capital budget needs.
Responsible for leading and managing a team of employees.
Keeps Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer apprised of activity and status of on-going projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, IT or related field. Advanced degree is preferred.
Five years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources with emphasis on Human Resources processes and data. Lawson experience is preferred. Cornerstone experience is preferred.
Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment with general direction.
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Advanced experience utilizing Microsoft Excel & associated Microsoft products.
Working knowledge of Lawson/Infor.
Experience implementing automated processes is preferred.
