We are looking for a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager to provide strategic vision in executing analytical support services to core HR business processes, including Payroll, Global HR data management, Talent Management, Compensation Management, Recruiting/On boarding and the integration of various HRIS systems; Partners with various HR and IT leaders and helps define the HR Technology strategy and roadmap and ensures alignment with business needs and is cost effective.
Delivers the ongoing system configuration, design and maintenance of Oracle HCM cloud system, ensuring accuracy of all elements of Global HR Data. Serves as a strong consultative partner to functional leaders providing process and technology solutions to complex business needs.
Partners with functional and Technical HR senior staff and drives business process improvements by leveraging technology and liaising with IT/Network team and vendor partners
Leads the design of process and technology to deliver metrics based results such as HRIS data accuracy, payroll accuracy and timeliness, etc.
Partners with HR and management to prioritize business needs and implements a strong project management cadence in delivering solutions. This includes leading meetings, measuring the effectiveness of solutions, and managing customer expectations
Serves as a liaison between HR functions and other functions outside HR with whom business processes are linked (e.g, Finance/GL teams, Treasury, Audit, Expense Recruiting etc.)
Lead and Coordinate with oracle to plan and implement cloud HCM upgrade strategy, Release readiness and P2T Activity to ensure the latest delivered cloud features are in place.
Responsible for building and maintaining design documents, business process workflow and Standard Operating Procedures for critical HR processes. This includes establishing, revising and maintaining procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data
Experience in developing robust reporting and data analysis, Dashboards support for internal business partners leveraging the HCM data to make key HR business decisions.
Provide leadership and strategic direction for HRIS function to ensure day to day integrity of processes, implementation of new configurations, upgrade deployment, new models, integrations and system optimizations
Manage the creation and rollout of system documentation and related training programs to ensure end user understanding of system
Develop and lead projects revolving around the HRIS system; continually seek ways to improve processes and procedures
Coordinate with Global Business Users to strategically Prepare, Plan, and Execute the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all implementations of HRIS system.
Develop and Implement Training Activity across the organization for all the new features implemented.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, or relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years/ experience in an HRIS Manager position
5+ years of experience in implementing HR applications; Oracle Fusion implementation preferred
3+ years in HRIS management (Oracle Fusion HCM preferred)
5+ years of experience demonstrating strong understanding of HR business processes
Strong experience in building partnership with HR business leaders, IT teams and vendor partners
Significant experience in implementing HR and Recruiting applications such as Workday, Taleo (TBE/TEE), PeopleSoft, Successfactors, or similar systems.
Proven experience with reporting and analytics
Ability to manage multiple complex projects
Strong business & financial acumen
Strong customer focus with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in a timely and professional manner
Must have exceptional communication, both verbal and written, presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to take complex topics and break down into simple concepts easily understood by target audience
Ability to appropriately handle situations and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
Expert in computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Understanding of labor laws, regulations, including data protection regulations like GDPR
