We are currently seeking an HRIS Coordinator to work from our corporate headquarters in Lisle, IL.

The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for the proper support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. The position is responsible for ensuring data integrity, timely HRIS data processing, and report writing & production for assigned areas. The position works closely and effectively with its assigned area(s) as a key business partner.


  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of all new hires and employee changes into the HR system for assigned areas

  • Support field/branch personnel with up to intermediate-level & escalated HR system inquiries

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

  • Run various reports & creating basic ad hoc reports

  • Interact with unemployment third-party administrator if/as required

  • Provide requested data/information to internal and external customers

  • Partner with field personnel for data audits

  • Perform data entry-related testing to ensure processes work per pre-determined standards

  • Document processes and procedures as needed

  • Partner with management to identify and roll-out HRIS department business process enhancements and improvements if/as needed

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources performing data entry into Oracle or other HRIS Systems

  • Microsoft Office knowledge, including Excel

  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills

  • To accurately process a high volume of data entry on a daily basis

  • To communicate effectively with colleagues and customers in fast-paced and/or stressful environment (interpersonal & telephone skills)

  • To develop & maintain effective working relationships with a variety of customers, both internal and external regarding often escalated, sensitive matters and maintain strict confidentiality

Essential Functions: * Responsible for SAP keying for Chicagoland area, Global Sales Marketing AME, Merger & Acquisitions, and other Divisions as needed. New Hire, Status Changes, Leave of Absence, Terminations, Non-Employee, and other SAP entry. * Responsible for training new HR Managers on technology and US HR processes. Coordinate with other COEs on training schedule to provide full capability training. * Effectively communicate with HR team and Payroll to ensure correct and timely entry of all data in SAP and Kronos for payroll processing. * Responsible for providing routine reporting support for Chicagoland area, Global Sales Marketing AME, and other divisions as needed. * Site Admin for the Global HR Portal. Responsible for working with site owners to ensure content is up to date and owner of the migration to SharePoint cloud globally. * Responsible for providing support for E&Y and/or other internal HR audits. * Responsible for distributing unemployment claims to the appropriate HR business partner for processing. * Responsible for uploading I9's documentation into the system and submit to E-Verify. This would be for remote new hires and new acquisitions. Working with the HRBP who is responsible for making sure the documentation is completed and received within the required timeline and along with ensuring the appropriate documentation. * Answer internal HR customers questions in a timely manner and perform any required troubleshooting for issue resolution. * Serve as a backup for Position Maintenance (PD) for AME. * Other responsibilities specific to the Global HRIS team.
