The HRIS Analyst is responsible for, but not limited too:
Responsible for Global Oracle HCM application configuration changes and testing.
Management of all Interfaces for all business units Create and maintain functional design documentation in accordance with Oracle Applied Implementation Methodology (AIM).
Troubleshoot all file and process functionality issues. Partner with IT, HP and functional users as appropriate to efficiently identify issue and solution, define and execute test plan and implement change in a timely manner.
Perform gap analysis to determine if requirements are met by existing application or will require some form of enhancement.
Identify alternatives to close gaps, making recommendations that best suit the business need and the long-term application strategy. Translate these alternatives into an explicit list of required enhancements (process, reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows).
Assist in the administration of HCM location access security protocol. Coordinate with business units to define and maintain primary and local HR contacts, and enable/disable access upon organizational entry/departure.
Support activities relating to testing, training, and support phases of upgrades and new implementations, as well as other HRIS projects.
Develops and monitors test plans for upgrades, conversions, interfaces, and business functions with input from the project teams.
Mentor team members utilizing existing experience.
Troubleshoot and demonstrate problem solving skills in identification of the root causes of business performance and execution issues by using process and data analysis.
Plan, prepare, and execute quality assurance and user acceptance testing by defining testing scenarios and developing test scripts to ensure all business processes captured. Engage business users during UAT in the creation and execution of test scripts and facilitate sign-off on test results.


Education and Work History
Bachelor's Degree or Higher preferred.
3 - 5 years of HR systems experience. Strong experience includes customizations configuration, technical requirements, post production support, etc.
Experience in module set-up and configuration is required.
Knowledge of AIM methodology and documentation.
Experience using My Oracle Support and in creating and working SRs with Oracle to resolve development and production issues.

Title Benefits Analyst Reports to Benefits Manager Supervises N/A Overview As Benefits Analyst, you will be a key member of the Benefits Department. You will work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to support benefits analytics, plan management, employee engagement and issue resolution, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc projects. Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: * Help manage the daily administration of various employee benefit plans including health, life, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance, 401(k) as well as leave of absence claims and other benefits. * Support in evaluation and management of external vendors. Actively manage external vendors with oversight from Benefits Manager on escalations. * Evaluate Benefits policies to ensure programs are market competitive and in compliance with legal requirements. * Review and maintain plan documents and standard operating procedures. * Assist Benefits Manager and Benefits Coordinator in managing complex and sensitive employee concerns with a high level of tact, diplomacy, and discretion. * Evaluate opportunities for process improvement and manage HRIS and vendor file issues as they arise. * Support in the maintenance of "scorecards" for internal stakeholders including executive management on the Benefits Advisory Committee. * Assist in preparation of quarterly Benefits Advisory Committee meeting material by preparing charts, exhibits, and other content. Take ownership of presentation delivery when appropriate. * Provide training and guidance to home office and field employees to ensure that benefit programs, policies, and plan designs are understood. * Work closely with external consultants to ensure compliance, remain up to date on benefit trends, and evaluate solutions to benefit challenges and long-term strategy. * Evaluate benefit programs by monitoring claims, reconciling payments, tracking stop-loss reimbursements, and reviewing utilization reports. * Assist with execution of existing benefits initiatives such as open enrollment. * Audit invoices, ensuring that terminations and enrollments are processed in a timely manner. * Assist in conducting benefits orientation and other benefits meetings as needed. Qualifications * A high level of integrity in the handling of confidential information. * An ability to clearly and concisely explain technical information in layman's terms. * Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. * Openness to the views of others, prioritizing outcomes and solutions in the spirit of continuous improvement. * Desire to champion implementation and execution of opportunities for improvement when identified. * Demonstrated project management, organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads and meet time-sensitive deadlines while balancing multiple projects and competing priorities.
