The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for system administration support of the Kronos and ADP HRIS in addition to other systems that support HR deliverables. This individual will serve as a point-of-contact for HR technical support and assist with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. In addition, this position plays a key role in assisting with the development, testing, implementation of new HR systems.
Maintain data integrity in systems through creation of appropriate configuration controls, standards and processes, as well as regular audits of data.
Regularly analyze work process design and flow to drive improvement in system functionality and user experience; create forms and workflows as necessary.
Liaise with other departments and outside entities on integration of systems to reduce duplication and drive automation of information flow.
Participate in the planning, implementation and integration of new systems as needed.
Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the HR Department, providing expert functional and technical support to the organization in the use and maintenance of HR system(s).
Function as a primary analytics and reporting specialist for the HR function by developing standard reports; design, run and maintain ad hoc queries; maintain data integrity through consistent monitoring, testing, and auditing of Human Resources data.
Utilize data, research and analytical insights to improve existing and recommend new Human Resources programs with maximum business impact.
Provide analytical and reporting support and make recommendations to improve the type and quality of data available.
Develop the expertise to be able to access data and report from all platforms and consolidate data into meaningful reports/presentation
Combine HR knowledge with information retrieval skills to create, maintain, and execute regularly-scheduled and ad hoc reports that contribute to analysis, decision-making, and compliance.
Develop, maintain, and communicate user documentation, training materials, guidelines, and information on system updates and changes.
Partner with stakeholders in other departments for audits, reporting, projects, and other inter-departmental initiatives.
B.A. Degree in IT or Business Administration
5-7 years progressive related experience
Working knowledge of HCM/HRIS such as ADP Workforce Now, Kronos Workforce Ready.
Understanding of programming/scripting languages, ability to read and write SQL, API, Basic
Advance level with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook; advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access including formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros, queries, and data collection/import
Organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
Ability to quickly learn and utilize new software
Effective communication and writing skills
Experience with HRIS implementation helpful.
