General Summary of Job Duties

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and daily activities of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This position provides support and functional administration for Human Resource Systems, including design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting, and training.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support and maintain the HRIS modules and functionality

  • Maintain HRIS, including documentation to ensure data integrity through research of data discrepancy, regular audits, and system administration

  • Monitor workflows, alerts, scheduled reports, file feeds, and Application Programming Interfaces for optimal performance

  • Design and develop ad hoc reports, dashboards, and alerts; automate routine reports

  • Maintain system security roles and groups to ensure users are assigned proper security roles; monitor and audit security roles and role automation

  • Perform maintenance and user testing for production and sandbox system updates; communicate system updates and service interruptions to system users

  • Perform system updates and upgrades; provide system users with communication, training, and technical support with technical advancements

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar required

  • Minimum five (5) years HRIS experience required

  • Minimum one (1) year creating HRIS reports required

  • Experience with UltiPro, Business Intelligence (BI), Cognos Reporting, and Studio preferred

VIEW JOBS 11/20/2020 12:00:00 AM 2021-02-18T00:00 Job Description * Position can be performed remotely Assist with the analysis, implementation, and reporting of pricing strategies for deposits and loans. Assist with the operation of the deposit and consumer loan pricing models. This includes gathering required competitive and historical data, reviewing model outputs to ensure that results are reasonable and consistent with volume and profitability goals, and modifying model parameters as needed to reach the overall objectives. Update and develop reports used to track the results of pricing strategies, model effectiveness and accuracy, competitive environment, and management presentations utilizing various reporting and analytical software including but not limited to PriceTek, NPO, Excel, PowerPoint, Informagic, and Think-Cell. Works closely with the Pricing Manager, the Product Management Team, and other teams to help develop and implement pricing and product strategies designed to meet the overall goals as determined by executive management. This will include frequent collaborative discussions, which will require effective verbal and written communication. Participate in vendor meetings, in person and remote, to gain important understanding into the operation and updates of software used to perform duties. Meetings will also provide useful insight into industry trends, analysis, and business strategy recommendations. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree * Previous applicable experience, 4-8 years preferred * Strong analytical skills are required. * Proficient with applicable computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel. * Ability to master vendor proprietary pricing software. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Excellent organizational and customer service skills. * Strong fundamental understanding of the components of deposit and loan products and pricing.
