Extrinsic is seeking an HRIS Analyst III to fill a Contract to Perm (6-month contract) position at a reputable Fortune 500 company. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, teamwork and communication skills and is very process-oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support HR systems and applications on a daily basis
Develop production and reporting of HR-related information to distribute through internal departments
Monitor systems and interfaces for problems and subsequently addressing them
Conduct audits on employee pay and benefits to ensure data integrity
Support system upgrades/patches by testing and analysis
Communicate updates with HRIS Manager
Support data updates and uploads to HR systems Education/Experience


Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
SAP, HCM, HR, Payroll and Cornerstone LMS experience

Job Summary The Maintenance Technician III uses knowledge, skills, and effort to safely install, inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This individual will also train other technicians, and support Pentair goals in any way that management requests with a positive attitude. Job Requirements & Skills ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Follow all Pentair and department policies and procedures. * Complete all assigned tasks in a safe, professional, and timely manner. * Work regular schedule and overtime when requested. * Improve skills and increase knowledge relating to the job. * Perform work with no supervision required. * Train others. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED * Full ability to read and communicate in English. * Full ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, bend, lift, and reach with hands and arms. * Full knowledge of safe work practices including: * Hazardous materials awareness with OSHA's Right-to-Know standard. * Fork truck certified. * Man lift certified. * PPE requirements. * Fire safety. * Lockout/Tagout procedure. * Hot work procedure. * Full abilityto read mechanical blueprints. * Full ability to read pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics. * Intermediate to full ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing equipment. * Intermediate to full ability to identify root causes and make recommendations for improved operation. * Full ability to operate the following maintenance equipment: * Digital or analog volt/amp/ohm meter. * Hand tools. * Power tools. * Arc welder. * Plasma torch. * Machine tools (lathe, mill, and drill press). * Full computer skills to use Smart Maintenance CMMS. * Successfully attended, passed or demonstrated the equivalent knowledge or skill level of at least five of the following courses/certifications/licenses: * DC/AC Electricity course. * Basic Welding Processes course. * HVAC course or certification. * Machine Processes course or machinist apprenticeship. * Introduction to PLC course. * Hydraulics/Pneumatics course. * Electrician's license. * Motors and Controls. * AutoCAD course. * Other pre-approved, job-related activity. OTHER REQUIRMENTS * Must possess all hand tools needed to perform the required duties listed above. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE * High school diploma * Associate in Applied Science Degree in Industrial Systems Technology or * Eight years experience as maintenance mechanic or equivalent. WORK ENVIRONMENT The employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, high temperatures in buildings without air conditioning, fiberglass irritation, and moderate to loud noise levels while performing the duties of this job.
