Pay Range: $76,550 to $95,700 per year.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional and technical support for various platforms in the HRIS landscape, to include configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support.

  • Conducts or participates in requirements gathering, design, and architecture.

  • Implement system configuration changes due to new release, enhancements, fixes and overall enterprise structure changes in various applications (Lawson, SmartRecruiters, Clickboarding, Kronos, AbsenceSoft, etc.)

  • Participate in development and maintenance of Business Process framework; maintain documentation related to HR systems and related processes; conduct training on HR systems and related processes.

  • Supports the development and adherence to HRIS Change Management Processes and Policies.

  • Maintains data integrity across platforms by querying and analyzing data.

  • Develop and comply with required data and reporting standards.

  • Partners with HRIS leadership to support data management, data warehousing, and complex reporting.

  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal business partners, HRIS customer base, and external vendors.

  • Engage in support of data integrations; participate in integration development, testing, and troubleshooting with various vendors and internal teams.

  • Support complex analytics and reporting from HRIS and related/integrated systems.

  • Ensure successful completion of Root Cause Analysis for all critical and high impact incidents; enable resolution and related communication as appropriate.

  • Support Application Security across multiple HRIS platforms; adhere to security policies.

  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory and contractual requirements, and internal policies; ensure compliance in HR systems and related processes.

  • Provide support to business partners with routine and ad-hoc reporting using MS SQL, PL/SQL, Crystal Reports, Excel, Access, etc.

  • Partner with HRIS Technical Lead, Information Technology, and vendors to maintain system infrastructure.

  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments with HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of data and analytics tools, to include Oracle SQL Developer, SSMS, Crystal Reports, PowerBI, etc.; ability to develop and maintain complex SQL, PL/SQL queries.

  • Experience with large-scale data integration and reporting. Understanding of data requirements in complex environments.

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, federal and state regulations; demonstrated ability to develop and implement compliant solutions.

  • Experience with various technologies, frameworks and processes, such as data modeling, data flow mapping, requirements gathering, testing and data validation techniques.

  • Uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions to issues that arise.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and work within cross- functional teams.

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; review and analyze data to identify and resolve problems.

  • Excellent customer service skills, ability to interact with all levels of internal and external personnel, and have the ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential information.

  • Excellent organizational skills, self-starter, ability to set priorities with minimal supervision.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information.

  • Strong planning and project management skills.

  • Experience in understanding and translating the priorities of the business.

  • Track record of strong business partnership and cross functional collaboration within a dynamic, fast paced environment; a strategic leader who takes initiative and ownership.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources Management, or related field.

  • 3+ years of progressively increasing experience supporting HRIS and related integrations.

  • Highly developed verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to translate technical information to a non-technical audience at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience in production support environment following established processes and guidelines.

  • Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, unit test, system test, deployment, and production support.

  • Report writing expertise in various reporting and dashboarding tools (SQL, Crystal Reports, Power BI, etc.).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent collaboration with technical and functional business partners to develop and scale creative solutions to complex circumstances.

  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects. Ability to multitask on multiple projects in various phases.

  • Ability to lead others, direct and indirect.

  • SHRM certification a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
