Under the general supervision of the Manager-HRIS, Payroll and Records, provides analytical support through various reporting methods to meet enterprise and HR business strategies, strategic vision and goals of the System. Collects statistical data for administrative and regulatory purposes. Collects and participates in turnover/vacancy/retention and other employment related surveys.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1 Using developed data structure modeling skills, researches and develops reports, files, spreadsheets, documents, analytical tools and automated solutions and processes.
2 Researches, plans, designs, implements and maintains the integrity of HR databases.
3 Collects statistical data for administrative and regulatory purposes.
4 Collects and participates in turnover/vacancy/retention and other employment related surveys.
5 Provides technical support to HR operations.
6 Acts as a liaison with information systems staff.
7 Provides decision making support.
8 Compiles data for and prepares regularly scheduled or special reports, analyses and statements.
9 Provides end user training.
10 Assists in the review and selection of on-line administrative support systems related to the management of jobs, applicants and the employment process.
3 - 5 years Human Resources, database management
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; advanced computer skills with ability to learn new computer applications
strong data structure modeling and data/database management skills
proficient in the use of Crystal Reports, Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and other data analysis and reporting tools
strong understanding of human resources information systems
knowledge of LAWSON HRIS preferred
able to work effectively with minimal supervision with all levels of staff and management to develop solutions to human resources issues; able to prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines
