What You Will Be Doing

Responsible for administering the HRIS system and all of its core HR processes and functionalities.
Deliver analysis, tools and standard reporting solutions to support decision-making needs within the organization.
Identify process improvements and system enhancements to improve business efficiency.
Implement automation to streamline operations and reduce reliance on manual processes.
Assist with the integration of the HR technology stack and supporting tools to promote data integrity, cost effectiveness, and user friendliness.
Support the business on means of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations through use of the HRIS system.
Help drive adoption of the HRIS technology and processes across the organization.

What You Need for this Position

More Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:

  • HRIS System Administration

  • Software Implementation

  • Payroll

  • Benefits Adminstration

  • Time Keeping

  • database adminstration

  • UltiPro
    must have HR / Payroll / Benefits background / understanding

  • HRIS specific experience

We are an established company with the mindset of a startup and we feel confident that we offer an employment experience unlike any other and that we set our employees up for professional</p><p>success every day.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Conduct user research, draft user stories and meet with users to validate and enhance them</li> <li>Create wireframes for the user stories and review them with users and gather feedback</li> <li>Collaborate with Visual/UI designer during the usability testing sessions and add/update stories based on user response</li> <li>Breakdown the roadmap into epics and group user stories under them</li> <li>Work with the Scrum Master, customers and developers to write user stories which are independent, negotiable, valuable, estimable, small and testable</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring user stories include validation criteria which reasonably covers all areas necessary for complete testing of the new functionality</li> <li>Act as an interface and customer advocate to ensure customer, stakeholder and user needs are being addressed</li> <li>Collaborate with and support developers during their design and development efforts to provide support for their analysis of the story</li> <li>Provide additional support and guidance to clients during the implementation phase to include development of training resources </li> <li>Participate as a member of the Development team</li> <li>Validate that product deliveries meet customer requirements and drive product demos</li> <li>Represent the customer and users during backlog grooming sessions and internal demos</li> <li>Improve and expand knowledge and skill sets with regard to current trends and changes in software development industry and be up to date with latest design trends</li> <li>Proactively contribute to the quality of the product by seeking and proposing new or alternative approaches to address the requirements</li> <li>Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Scrum Meetings and other agile activities</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience as a Business Analyst/User Researcher on an agile software development team</li> <li>BS or BA degree</li> <li>Expertise with JIRA, Confluence, and the rest of the Atlassian suite</li> <li>Expertise in creating wireframes using Balsamiq</li> <li>Experience in Human Centered Design approach for developing digital services</li> <li>Excellent communication and mentoring skills</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Generous base salary</li> <li>Three weeks of Paid Time Off</li> <li>Excellent health benefits program (Medical, dental and vision)</li> <li>Education and conference reimbursement</li> <li>401k retirement plan.
