Position Summary

The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the day to day operational needs of the Workday environment. These duties may include administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the HRIS platform within the organization. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT professionals, and vendors to ensure the effective utilization of HR technology to support business objectives and enhance overall HR operations.

This is an onsite position located in Fort Collins, CO.

Responsibilities and Job Duties

  • HRIS Administration:

  • Maintain and administer HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and security.

  • Perform regular audits and data cleanup to ensure data consistency and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage user access and permissions, providing support and training to HR staff and end-users as needed.

  • System Configuration and Enhancement:

  • Configure and customize HRIS systems to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements and new functionalities.

  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure successful deployment of system changes.

  • Data Management and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and provide insights into HR performance and trends.

  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from HRIS systems to support various HR initiatives, such as workforce planning, talent management, and compliance reporting.

  • Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and workflows through automation and technology solutions.

  • Work closely with HR and cross-functional teams to redesign processes and leverage HRIS capabilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Vendor Management:

  • Liaise with HRIS vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and ensure service level agreements are met.

  • Evaluate and recommend new HR technology solutions and vendors to support the organization's strategic objectives.

  • Compliance and Data Security:

  • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to HR data privacy, security, and compliance.

  • Implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive HR information.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time

  • Monday through Friday

  • 8:00am - 5:00pm

  • Schedule to be discussed at interview

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting Wages $71,000 - $80,000/year, based on experience
