Position Overview:

Aurora Flight Sciences, A Boeing Company, is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join the Aurora Human Resources organization. Assists with using our systems to gather data, provide insight to analytics, generate reports that will be presented to high caliber Scientists and Engineers that are on the cutting-edge of technological breakthroughs in the aerospace industry. This employee with serve as a key and critical contributor as we grow and mature our processes and analytical capabilities. This position will report to the HRIS Manager and will be based in Manassas, VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as one of the analyst's for the HR organization and will ultimately serve as one of our HR data experts. Involved with our HRIS at all levels: help to maintain the integrity and reliability of the system (ADP Workforce Now) and will be expected to learn the company ERP System (SAP 2.0 By Design).

  • Work collaboratively with team members to continually update, secure, and manage the systems.

  • Generate reports, analysis and produce metrics that drive business decisions.

  • High level of integrity with the ability to protect and maintain confidentiality of information.

  • Remains current on development methodologies, mainly focused on technology enhancements.

  • Participates in assisting in the development of strategic initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience.

  • Strong HRIS and analytical skills.

  • Must be able to perform analytical tasks and be highly detail-oriented and meticulous about ensuring information produced is accurate

  • Must be able to apply effective time and self-management skills in a busy, highly demanding fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder).

Desired Requirements:

  • ADP Workforce Now and Workday knowledge a plus.

  • Excellent skills in communication (oral and written), including presentations.

  • Mastery in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
