In addition, the HRIS Administrator will assist with new solution implementation, system testing, reporting, process improvement, and other projects as assigned.Primary Responsibilities: * Coordinate and monitor information entered into the HR information system (HRIS). * Review manager self-service (MSS) requests daily for accuracy. * Conduct weekly, monthly and annual audits of HR data to preserve its integrity and accuracy. * Provide HRIS training and customer service support to our stakeholders. * Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting and design of HRIS. * Manage the administrative functions in UKG Pro (Ultipro)and UKG Ready (Kronos )systems. * Lead project planning and implementations related to HRIS. * Analyze daily functions and projects as required. * Prepare, process and maintain periodic reports containing Associate data. * Consult with subject matter experts, internally and externally, to deliver continual process improvement. * Additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.Qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent required. * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and formulas.* 3 years prior HR systems experience is preferred. * Familiar with basic HR practices and ability to work effectively in a professional environment. * Must be able to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality. * Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality. * Ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders. * Ability to complete assignments in the time allotted.Physical Requirements: * Physical ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer. * Ability to see, hear, and speak regularly. * Ability to stand for long periods of time. * Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.Ollie's is an equal opportunity employer.
