Description:

Overview:
This position is responsible for providing support to the HR team including maintaining employee record keeping, tracking of attendance infractions, coordinating the plant hearing conservation program. Responsible for the mailroom and equipment. Administers employee uniform program. Coordinating the annual compliance reporting process.

Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains personnel files, training records, personal history records and plant ID badge system.

Track and maintain attendance infractions, communicate with supervisors on infractions

Coordinate and monitor the plant hearing conservation program

Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, including preparation and distribution as necessary, as well as the mailroom equipment maintenance.

Administers the plant uniform contract, handling any issues with vendors, etc,and reconcile any discrepancies

Coordinate the annual HR compliance reporting process, including tracking and reporting of job applications

Researches and answers employee questions on benefits

Orders and distributes service awards, support coordination of employee birthday meetings, support annual health fair, support annual United Way campaign

Sends notices of performance evaluations due dates, updates job descriptions and organizational charts as advised.

Qualifications
Technical/Professional Knowledge/Training and

Skills:

Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment 3-5 years of experience as a personnel generalist preferred

Proficient in MS Office products

Education/Certifications:

Must have High School Diploma or GED

Required Qualifications:

Capable of handling confidential records and excellent verbal and communication skills.

Education

HS Graduate or Equivalent

The primary responsibilities of the Medical Scheduling Technician include: * schedule all resident medical appointments * accompany/transport residents to appointments and/or coordinate transportation to appointments * ensuring sufficient time and resources are allotted for each appointment * provide direct care to residents according to Care Plans This position is required to effectively collaborate with others, anticipate and coordinate various resources, respond to a variety of circumstances to ensure the safety and proper care of residents, and will be responsible for all related record-keeping. This position is generally scheduled to work from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and available to flex start/end times, work additional hours, and work weekends as needed. Salary Grade: GN04 Recruitment Range: $31,200* -- $40,450 *New Starting Salary!! The CNA position is critical to the care of our residents and is considered mandatory. Therefore, CNAs are required to work during adverse weather conditions and emergencies.
