Position Summary
The PCAOB has a full-time, regular position for an HR Technology Workday Manager in the Office of Human Resources (OHR). This position will report to the Assistant Director, HR Technology. The HR Technology Workday Manager will be responsible for developing Workday-based data-driven solutions, capturing and delivering new functional business requirements, improving all facets of existing and future HR technologies, and supporting HR processes.
Responsibilities
Work directly with stakeholders to evaluate business needs and proactively develop recommendations for process improvement; address any division/office/stakeholder needs; identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes.
Collaborate with functional system stakeholders to streamline and enhance business processes; develop and advise on current business processes to ensure teams are working as efficiently as possible.
Lead solution implementations: identify scope/requirements, find/mitigate risks, find/resolve issues, drive/complete configuration and testing, manage vendors, and plan/deliver implementations.
Provide innovative Workday-first strategy and solutions for Employees, Managers, Leaders, and HR focusing on security, business processes, organizations, data, advanced reporting and analytics, and auditing; utilize a combination of Workday technologies and capabilities to their fullest extent; integrate strategic HR data with vendor and enterprise platforms where required.
Provide innovative Workday-first data, reporting, and analytics strategy and solutions for Employees, Managers, Leaders, and HR focusing on stakeholder needs, data visibility, data understanding, data integrity/quality, data security, and advanced analytics; integrate strategic HR data to PowerBI as an enterprise platform where required.
Act as a key liaison between OHR and the Office of Data, Security, and Technology (ODST) with a focus on the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective business operations.
Maintain consistent communication with senior management, business leads, and team members to ensure successful planning and execution of projects and achievement of established goals; advanced presentation skills required for audience engagement and understanding; capable of adjusting content relative to the audience for appropriate sharing of data and findings.
Evaluate system releases and appropriately test HR technology functionality within the release window; collaborate with OHR functions ensuring existing processes are reviewed per the release updates; develop repeatable, documented test processes mapped to the HR systems workflow; determine if the new functionality should be on future roadmap.
Maintain awareness of current trends in HR Technology with a focus on product and service development, delivery, and support, and applying key technologies.
In collaboration with the HR Functional teams, develop user and internal procedures, guidelines, and documentation; promote user adoption of HR technology and systems; foster solid change management principles.
Recommend, develop, manage, and maintain audit procedure and controls to ensure all HR Technology meets the PCAOB standards and is prepared for audits.

Qualifications
Education/Technical Expertise
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business, technology, or closely related field.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience with HRIS data, systems, and processes
Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Workday technologies across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance and Development, Succession Planning, Time Tracking, Absence Management, People Analytics, Journeys, and future additional modules; focus is providing effective solutions across Workday security, business processes, organizations, configuration, data, and analytics solutions (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Trending Data, Dashboards/Hubs, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, Slides, People Analytics, Prism, etc.).
Experience with Workday implementation and management, including project management of scope, requirements, tasks, risks, issues, testing, and implementation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; ability to apply these to process improvement, short-term and long-term planning, and business judgment.
Ability to handle pressure, manage priorities, meet deadlines, make effective decisions, and be flexible.
A self-starter able to proactively administer many open, ongoing assignments where some assignments are routinely unstructured, requiring autonomy and independent judgment.
Ability to partner and work strategically with internal clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment with multiple competing priorities.
Must be able to handle employee-sensitive and business information with utmost confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Internet applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Workday training or Workday Pro certifications focused on implemented modules, security, and reporting capabilities.
Familiarity with Power BI or a comparable program.
SHRM-CP, PHR or SPHR certification.
