Job Description:
Case and Portal lead is accountable for collaborating with HR COEs (e.g., Total Rewards, Employee Relations, HR Help Desk) globally to develop the overall strategy, management, maintenance and support of portal and case management system in support of and Human Resources strategic and tactical objectives.

Core Competencies/Experiences:

  • Own case management and portal technology projects; to include, project planning, business case development, status updates, requirements gathering, test planning, test execution, deployment, and post-deployment support

  • Lead a high performing team of analysts, administrators and developers demonstrating the technology and platform to help clients transform employee HR experience in CRM

  • Own the solution design for medium to large size / complexity projects for portal and CRM/case management

  • Domain expertise on key business process decisions

  • Advise HR team on industry standards for CRM application and overall governance in order to provide suggestions to achieve streamlined processes

  • Work in an agile environment with global implementation and operations teams

  • Support multiple projects at the same time in case management and portal space

  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve the metrics, SLAs of the environments in which our systems have been deployed

  • Demonstrate acumen to understand underlying client business problems, while designing and delivering CRM technology-enabled solutions that addresses the identified issues

  • Drive strategic change into client organization and lead continuous improvement planning work

  • Responsible for working with the business and HR COEs to clearly articulate the problem statement, define a vision of the solution, and how the solution fits in with the broader HR technology landscape

  • Prioritize technology projects and initiatives across multiple partners and groups

  • Identifying new improvements, reviewing feature releases and aligning with the CRM and supporting systems strategy and design.

  • Experience in vendor management, partner management, application management support onshore/offshore

  • Maintain positive vendor relationships with identified vendors and own the future selection, contract negotiations and extensions with vendors

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • A minimum of 10 years of broad technology experience working in enterprise architecture, systems requirements, project/program management, systems design/delivery, quality assurance and infrastructure

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, five plus years of project management and technology deployment experience

  • 5+ years' of experience with solution application architecture, change management, process improvement, and system implementation

  • 1 to 2 years' of experience in building and driving technology strategy and 4+ years of global HR Technology experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience creating case management and portal solution architecture with strong knowledge of functional and technical standard methodologies

  • Experience with at least 2 full-life cycle project implementation of CRM for a large global company

  • Experience implementing system applications, software configurations, and XML or other related coding in the following CRM technological product suites including Salesforce.com, Service Now, Microsoft Dynamics or other SaaS and On-Premise ERP

  • Demonstrable understanding of human resource business processes and their interdependencies

  • Vendor management experience and understanding of customer centric design, technologies and standard methodologies

  • Service Now and Scrum Master certifications preferred

  • Experience mentoring, training, coaching, performance feedback, and regular evaluation of a team

  • Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills and experience with superb communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in managing, supporting hardware and software upgrades, patches and deployments
