Jerry's Enterprises, Inc. has an outstanding opportunity for a HRIS Analyst operating in a Workday environment. In this role, the HRIS Analyst will actively partner with Human Resources and Payroll, internal and external partners, to develop functionality, resolve configuration and system issues, and provide reporting and analytics that meets business needs.
This is not a remote position
Reports To: Director Total Rewards and HR Technology
Location: Corporate Office
Classification: Full Time Exempt
Rate of Pay : Commensurate based on experience

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, or technology related field
Strong working knowledge of human resources, payroll, benefits, compliance, compensation, and HR technology
Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills
Strong process improvement skills
Proven partnering skills
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Workday application is utilized; problems are quickly resolved and business needs are met
Tests and assists in the roll-out of new Workday functionalities
Develops reporting and analytical solutions for the business
Assists in integration maintenance and troubleshooting
Conducts ongoing audits to ensure data integrity
Our ideal candidate:
Has previous experience with Workday and / or UKG Dimensions or a strong desire to learn them
Is knowledgeable of HR systems including core HR, benefits, recruiting, scheduling, and timekeeping
Has experience with HRIS implementation and administration experience
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
